• It is listed to the right of the item “Shipping: USPS calculated click to check”. Please enter the "ship to" destination zip code. Shipping Charges are calculated based on weight of item and shipping destination, as computed by U.S.P.S. based on zip code.

• As listed with each item, you have a choice of paying with these payment options: All major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover, PayPal or PayPal Express.
• We make sure that your order is processed as soon as payment is completed and we receive an email confirmation. Depending on the time of day that your order is completed, your order is shipped the same day, or the very next business day or Saturday. We ship everyday, except Sundays and Holidays.
• Just click the “Buy Now” button, as explained in the “placing an order” above.

"No Hassle" RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Guidelines:
• Before returning, please send an email, if there is a problem. We will gladly assist you. We require RA #, as explained below. (RA# helps us to know that the item is being returned to assure that proper credit is given and to expect the return.)
• You may contact us by clicking on the “Contact Us” section.
• Returns are allowed within 30 Days of receipt, if unopened. Buyer pays return shipping, unless it is our fault.
• A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded only if it's returned as originally packaged, unless it is our fault.
• We will provide Return Authorization (RA) #. (You may send an email in the "Contact Us" section.) Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt and returned via the same service purchased.
• Orders which have shipped, and are returned by the post office, due to customer supplying an "incorrect, undeliverable, non-current/incomplete address", etc. will incur a Restocking Fee of 15% of the purchase price.
• Please note that we can Not accept returns on “Rare” & “Discontinued” items, unless there was an error on our part. No returns or exchanges, unless it is not the item that you ordered.
• This is for the protection of our customers & our products and their authenticity, as shipped.

RESTOCKING FEES and REFUNDS:
• A Restocking Fee will apply, Only if:
• Orders which have shipped, and are returned by the post office due to customer supplying an incorrect, undeliverable, non-current/incomplete address, etc. will incur a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price will apply. If package is not in same condition, as shipped, no refund will be given.
• For a package refusal (either actively refused or passively refused, (e.g. Unclaimed or Incorrect address, Undeliverable address, etc.), a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price will apply depending on the condition of the package when returned to the shipper. Thank you.
Any item returned, more than thirty (30) days after receipt of delivery, refund will be determined as follows:
• If a shipment is returned by a customer, PAST the return period of 30 days, the following restocking fees will apply:
Past the return period of 30 days:
• For a return, where the customer has accepted the package and NOT ALTERED the original condition, then, decided they no longer want the item, (PAST the return period), a 15% restocking fee will apply.
WITHIN The Return Period:
• For a return, where the customer has accepted the package and NOT ALTERED the original condition, then, decided they no longer want the item, (WITHIN the return period), THERE IS NO RESTOCKING FEE, if WITHIN the return period. Then, a Full Refund, less shipping charges, will be issued.
• "No Hassle" Refunds will be made in the same manner that payment was received and as described.
• If any item returned is not in the same condition, as when it was shipped, No refund will be given. All of our items are exactly as pictured. Pictures are taken directly from our inventory. All items are checked prior to listing and shipping. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: Order cancellation will NOT be honored after ANY of the following:
o Electronic postage created (purchased).
o Item is in route to post office.
o Buyer’s card was charged.
o Request for order cancellation should be made immediately after order is placed (15 minutes - 30 minutes maximum).
