What does it mean if an Item is on “On Hold”?
• When there is an item on “On Hold”, it means that a customer has put the item in their cart for purchase. This secures the item for the customer, until the payment process is complete. • • The “Hold” is released, if for some reason the payment process is not completed and thereby put back into the system and available for purchase. • • The item will stay “On Hold”, if the item is purchased, until deleted/removed from our system. • • We will leave the item “On Hold”, if it is purchased, for a period of time for the customer to view for comparison to their actual purchase. • • • Also, there are times when a customer will request a temporary hold on an item (usually no more than a few minutes to 24-hours). As a courtesy, we will try to accommodate, within reason.

Are the items New? Does “New” mean “Brand-New?
Yes, “New” means a “Brand-New”, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging will be the same as what is found in a retail store or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. Please see the listing for full details. • The listing will advise of any imperfections and a photograph will also be taken to show, if any, imperfections such as “minor wear on corners” of packaging, etc. • Unless, noted all items are in “gift giving” (i.e. no damage to box, etc.) condition. • All Items Are Exactly As Pictured. Pictures are taken directly from our Inventory. • Factory Sealed (Quality Assurance Inspected); All items are checked prior to listing and shipping. Thank you.

When will I receive my order?
Your order is shipped the same day, or the very next business day or Saturday. • Under normal circumstances, depending on the time of day that your order is completed through the Payment Service, and we receive confirmation of payment, then, it usually ships the same day, or the very next business day or Saturday. How do I cancel an order?
We usually process your order, as soon as it is received and confirmed by chosen Payment Service. Order cancellations can only be honored, if they occur within 30 minutes of placing the order. • Please Note: Order cancellation can NOT be honored after the following: • Electronic postage created (purchased). • Item is in route to post office. • Buyer’s card was charged. It is very possible that your order has already been filled, if you wait longer than 30 minutes. Thank you.

What is Return Guidelines/Policy?

Returns are allowed within 30 Days of receipt, if unopened. Buyer pays return shipping, unless it is our fault. • A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be refunded only if it's returned as originally packaged, unless it is our fault. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt and returned via the same service purchased, usually USPS. Orders which have shipped, and are returned by the post office due to customer supplying an incorrect, undeliverable, non-current/incomplete address, etc. will incur a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price will apply. What if the package is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, etc.?
For a package refusal (either actively refused or passively refused, (e.g. Unclaimed or Incorrect address, Undeliverable address, etc.), a restocking fee of 15% of purchase price will apply depending on the condition of the package when returned to the shipper. Thank you.
